Common Questions
Who can register as an Expert Home Visit Practitioner?
Qualified physiotherapists (BPT/MPT), occupational therapists, speech therapists, dieticians, home nursing professionals, and other allied health practitioners with valid council registration can apply.
What is the registration fee?
New practitioners pay a one-time registration fee of ₹1,499 via Razorpay. Existing Aries PhysioCare members can update their profiles for home visits at zero cost — fee is fully waived.
How does OTP verification work?
Enter your Indian mobile number (+91) and you will receive a 6-digit OTP. Once verified, we check whether you are an existing Aries member, so we can auto-populate your profile and waive the fee.
How are patient visits dispatched to me?
Patient requests in your selected service localities are sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number with complete route coordinates and patient details.
How and when are payouts made?
You receive payment directly via UPI after each completed home visit. There are no delays, holdbacks, or manual claims — it is fully automated.
Can I add multiple service areas and pincodes?
Yes. During registration, you can add multiple localities (e.g. Bandra West, Andheri East) and multiple 6-digit target pincodes to define your precise service territory.
