In such cases, clients will be notified at the earliest convenience, and a full refund will be processed.
1.2 Cancellation by Client:
- Clients who wish to cancel their appointments must notify Aries Healthcare at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
b. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be provided only under the following avoidable circumstances:
- Unavailability of therapists.
- Health issues of the client, substantiated with confirmed medical reports and as per the advice of a certified doctor.
2.2 Refund Process:
- Clients who are eligible for a refund must submit a refund request through the official Aries Healthcare customer service channels.
- All refund requests must include relevant documentation, such as medical reports or doctor’s advice, to support the claim.
2.3 Processing Time:
- Once the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- The refund amount will be credited within 7 to 10 business days after the request is processed.
